COME OUT
Australian Festival for Young People Inc.
Come Out is renowned internationally as the largest and longest standing regional festival for young people in the Southern Hemisphere. This biennial children’s festival emerged from the Adelaide Festival of Arts in 1974 and is now Australia’s premier young people and the arts event. Each festival reaches more than 100,000 young people aged 0-18 years and engages them in high quality, professional, interactive arts experiences presented in education and professional arts venues across South Australia.
‘Our biennial Come Out Festival is a highly rewarding means for socially responsible corporations to directly invest in the lives of young South Australians. Young people are only part of the population but all of our future. Your contribution to Come Out can make a difference to their creative and social development, and to your business and its profile’.
The Hon. John Hill, Minister Assisting the Premier in the Arts; Minister for Health; Minister for Southern Suburbs
