GENERAL MANAGER POSITION
In preparation for the 2013 Come Out Festival, the Board of Directors of the Australian Festival for Young People Inc. (AFYP) seeks to appoint a highly capable and dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial approach to arts management and a passion for enriching the creative lives of children and young people.
The General Manager is responsible for the efficient management of AFYP, its resources, the delivery of the biennial Come Out Festival, as well as building and maintaining successful relationships with its stakeholders, Board and corporate partners.
The General Manager will collaborate with the Artistic Director in realising the successful development and delivery of Come Out 2013, Australia’s largest arts festival for children and young people, through an integrated schools based and public program.
